เปอโยต์เผยโฉมสปอร์ตคอมแพ็คท์รุ่นล่าสุด หลังจากออกมาให้เลือกหลายเวอร์ชั่นด้วยกัน ทั้งแบบแฮตช์แบ็ก 3 ประตู 5 ประตู สปอร์ตคูเป้เปิดประทุน ส่วนรุ่นใหม่รหัส 207 SW ได้รับการพัฒนาต่อเนื่อง มีน้ำหนักเบากว่า ภายในห้องโดยสารกว้างขวางกว่าและหลังคาซันรูฟแบบพาโนราม่า รูปลักษณ์ภายนอกปราดเปรียวสไตล์สปอร์ตเร้าใจมากกว่า โดยมีความยาวตัวรถเท่ากับ 4.156 เมตร
ภายในห้องโดยสารออกแบบเน้นตอบสนองต่อการใช้งานได้อย่างอเนกประสงค์ เบาะที่นั่งด้านท้ายปรับพับแนวราบกับพื้นรถ เพิ่มพื้นที่ห้องบรรจุสัมภาระด้านท้ายเป็น 428 ลิตร
The new Peugeot 207 SW Outdoor goes on sale this Month (December 2007) from £13,650.
The 207 SW Outdoor model provides increased ground clearance, 16" alloy wheels with with special 205/55R tyres and different body mouldings from the 207 SW Sport model.
The Outdoor model adds one touch front and rear electric windows, dark tinted rear side windows and tailgate glass, washable floor mats and Aspen black or brown interior trim to the 207 SW Sport´s specification.
The SW Outdoor is 119mm longer than the 207 hatchback and an increased height of 1555mm, 28mm more than the 207 SW Sport and features Cielo glass panoramic roof and folding rear seats.
The folding rear seats split 60:40 and form a 1.7m, 1,433-litre flat load area when folded flat.
The 207 SW Outdoor will be powered by a choice of three engine options: a 1.6-litre 90bhp diesel; a 1.6-litre 110bhp with a diesel particle filter system (DPFS); and a 1.6-litre Variable Timing and Injection 120bhp petrol engine.
The engines return 60.1mpg, 54.3mpg and 44.1mpg and emit 125g/km, 136g/km and 152g/km of carbon dioxide respectively.
All the engines will be fitted with a manual five speed gearbox with ratios selected to match the individual engine characteristics, says Peugeot.
